- What documents do I need to rent a car in Zakynthos?You need a valid driver's license held for at least 1 year, a passport or ID card, and a credit card in the driver's name. EU citizens can use their national license, while non-EU citizens may need an International Driving Permit (IDP) depending on their country of origin.
- What is the minimum age to rent a car?The minimum age to rent a car is 21 years old with at least 1 year of driving experience. For certain vehicle categories like SUVs or larger cars, the minimum age may be 23 or 25 years. Young driver surcharges may apply for drivers under 25.
- What is included in the rental price?Our rental prices include unlimited mileage, basic insurance (Third Party Liability), 24/7 roadside assistance, and airport delivery/collection service. Additional coverage options like CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) and theft protection are available.
- Do you offer airport pick-up and drop-off?Yes, we provide free delivery and collection service at Zakynthos Airport (ZTH) and at any hotel or villa on the island. Simply specify your preferred location and time when booking, and we'll meet you there with your rental car.
- What type of fuel do the cars use and who pays for it?Our fleet includes both petrol and diesel vehicles. The car is provided with a full tank of fuel, and you should return it with a full tank. You only pay for the fuel you use during your rental period.
- What happens if I have an accident or breakdown?In case of accident, contact us immediately and the local authorities if necessary. We provide 24/7 roadside assistance throughout Zakynthos. For breakdowns, we'll arrange a replacement vehicle as quickly as possible. Basic insurance is included, with optional comprehensive coverage available.
- Can I add an additional driver?Yes, additional drivers can be added to your rental agreement. The additional driver must meet the same age and license requirements as the primary driver and must be present with their documents at the time of rental. There may be a small additional fee.
- What is your cancellation policy?We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before pick-up, a cancellation fee may apply. We recommend booking with flexibility in mind.
