- How do I book a transfer?You can book a transfer through our website booking form, via WhatsApp at +30 697 481 9972, or by calling us directly. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak season, but we also accept last-minute bookings subject to availability.
- Do you provide airport transfers?Yes, we provide reliable airport transfers from Zakynthos Airport (ZTH) to any destination on the island including Tsilivi, Alykes, Zakynthos Town, and all hotels and villas. Our drivers monitor flight arrivals and will be waiting for you even if your flight is delayed.
- How will I recognize my driver at the airport?Our professional driver will be waiting in the arrivals area holding a sign with your name on it. We'll send you the driver's contact details before your arrival, and you can also contact us directly if you have any difficulty locating your driver.
- What types of vehicles do you offer?We offer a range of modern, air-conditioned vehicles including standard sedans for up to 4 passengers, minivans for larger groups, and luxury vehicles for VIP service. All our vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and comfortable.
- Can I book a transfer for multiple stops?Yes, we offer multi-stop transfers and hourly hire services. Whether you need to stop at a supermarket, visit multiple hotels, or make other stops along the way, just let us know your requirements when booking and we'll accommodate your needs.
- What happens if my flight is delayed?Don't worry! We monitor all flight arrivals in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust the pick-up time accordingly at no extra charge. There's no need to contact us unless the delay is significant or you have other concerns.
- Do you provide child seats?Yes, we provide complimentary child seats and booster seats upon request. Please specify the age and number of children when booking so we can prepare the appropriate safety seats for your journey.
- What is your cancellation policy for transfers?We offer free cancellation up to 12 hours before your scheduled transfer time. For cancellations made less than 12 hours before the transfer or no-shows, a cancellation fee may apply. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your booking.
